Whether your goal is to improve performance and speed recovery, recharge and soothe the mind, dissipate pain and tension, or to improve mobility and realign you structure. You will be able to openly welcome the activities that help you thrive.

$130 - 90min Remedial/ Sports Massage
$170 - 2hr Remedial/ Sports massage
Mobile Services available by direct message or call as mobile hours vary. Covering predominantly Mount Maunganui. Potential to organise further visits covering Bay of plenty and Waikato reigons.

Fit Nation clinic Monday to Saturday
I also provide mobile massage services for pre organized bookings in home/ garage or outdoors. (Check booking system or D.M for info as hours may vary.)

Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking as there may be an intake form for first timers.
